Mario Galego, Jr.
President/Co-Founder
Mario is a self-educated entrepreneur with more than 25 years of commercial aviation experience. He devotes much of his focus to developing and implementing our strategic goals and organizational objectives to drive growth. His vision and efforts are instrumental in ensuring our long-term growth and our clients’ success.
Frank Galego
Co-Founder
Frank is a highly educated entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in commercial aviation, specializing in MRO sales, marketing, and turbine engine costing. An industry-recognized professional with an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he is known for his strong customer relationships and strategic mindset, playing a key role in driving growth and execution at Flight Power.
Victor Garcia
Executive Vice-President/Co-Founder
With more than 30 years of experience in commercial aviation, Victor’s skills in production management and strategic sourcing are essential tools in Flight Power’s success. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Professional Aeronautics with a minor in Aviation Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Sonia Tindall
Vice President Sales and Marketing, EMEA
Sonia brings over 25 years of experience in commercial aviation, with a well-rounded background across sales, repair management, component repair, account management, and team leadership. She began her career at GE Wales, where she built a strong foundation and core values that have guided her throughout her journey. Now part of the Flight Power team, Sonia continues to apply her expertise while contributing to a culture rooted in shared values and a passion for the industry.
Ryan Yao
Vice President Sales and Marketing, APAC
Ryan is an aviation professional with 15+ years of experience in commercial sales and asset management across the full aircraft and engine lifecycle. He previously served as Director of APAC for a leading USM supplier, securing key leasing and maintenance agreements while developing strong expertise in CAAC regulations. In 2025, he joined Flight Power to lead APAC market development, focusing on CFM, CF6, and V2500 engine component repairs.
Charlie Rey
Vice President Planning and Scheduling
Charlie brings over 40 years of experience in the aviation industry, starting his career as an engine MRO apprentice and rising to the role of VP of Operations. Today, he leads planning and scheduling at Flight Power, bringing a wealth of knowledge and operational expertise to the team.
