The Senior Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, internal teams, and management, delivering a preferred customer experience while ensuring seamless coordination of repair and service orders. This role is responsible for handling complex customer inquiries, managing high-priority accounts, and providing effective problem-solving to support customer needs and business objectives.
The Senior CSR demonstrates strong self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments. This position plays a key role in building and maintaining positive customer relationships and fostering strong connections with internal teams, including Sales, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Shipping, to ensure timely service, clear communication, and successful outcomes. In addition, the Senior CSR , collaborate with the CSR Manager with continuous process improvements, and supports compliance with FAA, AS9100, and company policies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The Inspector is responsible for inspecting aircraft engine components and piece parts before, during, and after repair to verify conformance with approved technical data, customer requirements, company procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role supports an FAA Part 145 repair station environment where safety, traceability, documentation accuracy, and return-to-service quality are critical. The Inspector works closely with production, engineering, and quality personnel to identify nonconformances, support corrective actions, and ensure parts are processed in accordance with approved work instructions and repair specifications.

The Receiving & Shipping Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing aircraft parts, materials, and components meet applicable regulatory, customer, and company requirements. This role performs visual, documentation, and traceability inspections in accordance with FAA, EASA, and internal quality procedures.

Flight Power is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee all production operations within our FAA Part 145 Repair Station. This leadership role is responsible for managing production schedules, coordinating departmental resources, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining quality standards, and driving operational excellence throughout the organization.
The Production Manager will work closely with Production Leads, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership to ensure efficient workflow, timely delivery, and compliance with FAA regulations and customer requirements. This position plays a critical role in developing team members, improving processes, and supporting the continued growth and success of Flight Power.

The Materials and Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for supporting procurement, inventory control, and material planning activities to ensure the timely availability of consumables, aircraft parts, components, and supplies required to support production and repair station operations. This role works closely with Production, Inventory Control, Quality, and Purchasing teams to maintain efficient material flow, minimize shortages, and support on-time delivery commitments.
The ideal candidate will develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor inventory levels, process purchasing requirements, and ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and company procedures. This position plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency within an FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment.
